Let go of physical and mental tension with this relaxing class that uses various yoga props (bolsters, and/or pillows, a yoga strap, blankets, etc.) to support us in rejuvenating poses. Class will be led by Charla Lorenzen, an experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200). Charla will email you the list of required and recommended props. Ages 14+
For this class you should wear comfortable, warm clothes and bring:* a yoga mat for some softness and warmth under you as we will lie on the floor for most of the class* 1-2 yoga bolsters OR several long pillows OR folded blankets OR 1-2 body pillows that you could fold in half - or any combination of these - to support the length of your torso + head & neck. You might need extra pillows of any size to add length if you have a long torso* a blanket or two (a long one if you are tall)* an eye pillow or towel to cover your eyes* two smaller pillows or yoga blocks* additional warm clothing in case you need it (long sleeves and long pants, socks or slippers, a hat and/or hoodie, a scarf, etc.)* any other supports to help you relax (sandbags for the hands and/or feet, a weighted blanket, etc)* a bottle of water in case you need it* a strap or long, soft belt or tie
