Description
American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Course.
*Must be at least 15 years old to take this class.*
The Precourse will be completed on the first day of class. All skills must be successfully demonstrated consistent with the American Red Cross Learn-to-swim level 4 Stroke Performance Chart.
25 yards each:
Front CrawlBack CrawlBreaststrokeElementary BackstrokeSidestroke15 yards:Butterfly
Maintain position on back for 1 minute in deep water, floating or sculling.
Tread water for 1 minute.
