Summer always feels too short! Let's pay more attention to the long days and to our mental health. Mindfulness practice reduces stress, improves mental health, enhances emotional regulation, supports physical health... and the list goes on. Each week from June 15th-July 24th we will have a specific focus and suggested activities. If you are able to practice mindfulness 3 out of the 7 days each week, you are a winner. Week 1: BreathWeek 2: Mindful MovementWeek 3: Engaging the SensesWeek 4: The Body ScanWeek 5: Thought ObservationWeek 6: Cultivating GratitudeBonus: Mediation Mondays. Each Monday of the challenge we will meet at McGaw 12pm-12:30pm, for a discussion and mediation regarding the week's topic (virtual option will be available).
