About This Activity
Description
For ages 15+ years. Demonstrate the ability to perform the following swimming skills:
Participants should be able to Swim the following strokes consistent with the Stroke Performance Charts, Level 4 Front crawl—25 yards Back crawl—25 yards Breaststroke—25 yards Elementary backstroke—25 yards Sidestroke—25 yards Butterfly—15 yards
Scheduled classes: 4/4 11:30 am-6:30 pm BPRC. 4/11 11:30 am-6:30 pm BPRC. 4/18 11:30-6:30 pm at WRC. 4/25 11:30 am -6:30 pm WRC.
Attend all classes.
Classes include training on teaching Water safety, hydrodynamics, swimming efficiency, stroke dynamics, fundamentals of diving and aquatic fitness.
