About This Activity
Description
In this School Age swim program, students develop comfort with underwater exploration and learn to safely exit in the event of falling into a body of water. Students learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning benchmark skills:students will learn water stamina, fundamentals of front crawl and backstroke, treading water, and independent water exit. We will build on skills learned including sit dives and big pool acclimation. This program is for children age 5-12 years old. Lessons take place in Lap pool
Please bring swim suit and towel for your child. Lessons take place in Lap (Adams) Pool.
