About This Activity
Description
Stroke Introduction, stroke development. Swimmers are introduced to the four competitive swimming strokes as well as rescue skills and healthy lifestyle habits. This class is focused on the shallow end of the big Adams pool. Swimmers will learn front crawl, back crawl, and start to learn breastroke and the butterfly kick. Lessons take place in Lap (Adams) Pool.
Please bring swim suit and towel for your child. Lessons take place in Lap (Adams) Pool.
