Stroke refinement, stroke mechanics, and stamina. Swimmers master the four competitive swimming strokes as well as rescue skills and healthy lifestyle habits. Swimmers will train all four competitive strokes as well as flip turns, and diving. This stage is a pre swim team level where stoke technique is the key to success. Lessons take place in Lap (Adams) Pool.
Please bring swim suit and towel for your child. Lessons take place in Lap (Adams) Pool.
