Description
Orange 1 - Entrance Skills:
- Blue/Green Band Test
- Diving (Standing)
- Front Glide into Front Crawl with Rotary Breathing (15 yards)
- Front Glide into Breaststroke (10 yards)
- Back Glide into Back Crawl (15 yards)
- Back Glide into Elementary Backstroke (15 yards)

Measures and activities contained in Rosedale Rapids Swim Lessons are a combination of: common held and time proven swimming practices, widely recognized safety measures and safety lessons, and teaching methods that have been reviewed and deemed effective.
Activity with Limited Enrollment Spots Refund/Credit Policy
- After class starts: No credit on the account unless medical with documentation
- 7 days prior to start date: 50% credit on the account
- Outside of 7 days: Full credit on the account
- Transferring between classes/sessions: No penalty
- Removal from class/activity participation on the recommendation from staff: Full credit on the account.
