After JOs, athletes need to re-evaluate skills and focus on improving competition technique. 5 day camp - ( 18 hours of training) 28 field players 6 goalies A- 8:45 to 9:15 ( tactics and mental training ) - zones / Drops and multiple defenses - press transitions both to offense and defense - 6x5 and 5x6 - transition B -9:15 to 9:30 ( dryland prep) C - 9:30 to 10:15 ( technical conditioning ) - hip exercises - leg training - over/hip and hitting - shot blocking - posture work and position training D- 10:15 to 11:15 ( ball handling and focus shootings - power play passing and shooting - beating the multiple zones with passing and shooting - counter passing and movement shooting - 6 meter and penalties - creative under pressure passing - Post and center shooting E - special goalie coach - blocking from every angle - sliding on cross passing - passing on the counter - reading Shooters and situations F - 11:15 to 11:45 ( tactical situations by day) - Monday - front court defense - Tuesday - counter attack - Wednesday - front court offense - Thursday 6 x 5 and 5 x 6 - Friday - game situation games G - swim down and closing comments
