Description
Stretch It Out With Yin Yoga is designed to reach deep into the fascial system, releasing muscular tension, energy and holding patterns. Yin is a sequence of passive floor postures that flow together, each gentle posture is held for 3 to 5 minutes. Benefits of regular practice include improved circulation and flexibility, calms and balances the mind and body, reduces stress and anxiety, and improves joint mobility. Equipment needed: yoga mat, blocks and strap or belt. Also bring water bottle.
