About This Activity
Description
Ages 16+
This class is designed to build lean muscle mass, while improving core strength, balance, posture and flexibility! Low impact is the focus, with exercises being performed standing, seated or on an exercise mat. Tone and Sculpt involves a mixture of free weights, resistance bands and body weight!
Participants should bring their own exercise mat. Participants can drop-in to a single class- Resident $12/ Non-Resident $15.
