About This Activity
Description
Ages 10+
In addition to good exercise and self-defense, students will learn integrity, courtesy and self-control in this Tae Kwon Do class! Join us for this program that is designed to use the hands and feet for self-defense, all while having fun and learning so much more! Adult participants are welcomed.
Uniforms may be purchased from the instructor.
