Participants must enroll and pass the Lifeguard Pre-Course Skills Check at least two weeks prior to start of class.

Prerequisite skills includes a swim-tread-swim sequence (150/50 yards) and a timed event object retrieval.After enrolling please email Kaylee at rpdown81@aacounty.org to set up a time to test your skills.
Successful course participants will receive a 2-year Red Cross Certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, and AED.
100% attendance is required. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 4pm-9pm, Saturday 8am-4pm, and Sunday 8am-3pm. Sundays class will be held at the Arundel Olympic Swim Center in Annapolis.
