Lower body coordination and change of direction compliment and improve performance of all sports. The workouts improve acceleration, deceleration, foot speed, and quickness. If you want to get better at a sport you must develop your overall athleticism.
Sessions will include a dynamic warm-up and static stretching cool-down. The body of the workout will consist of workouts that target the components above. Sessions are coached by certified personal trainer Ashton Wilson who holds a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and has collegiate level coaching experience.
