This is for players who have been offered a spot on the Glen Ellyn Phillies 12U Full-Time Travel team.
**These fees do not include uniforms/helmets/bat bags/T-shirts/sweatshirts and/or indoor rental fees. Teams are responsible for these items and it is anticipated that the costs should be approximately $325/player. Please contact your coach for additional information.
Failure to fulfill all monetary commitments to the Phillies program will result in the player to immediately become ineligible for all indoor training, practices, games and tournaments. In addition, all players and parents are required to volunteer for the Glen Ellyn Invitational Softball Tournament.
REFUND POLICY Phillies Travel Softball requires a high level of commitment to the team and program. Payment guarantees your child's spot on the team, with the initial payment (commitment fee) of $250 being non-refundable. Refund requests made prior to January 1 will receive a refund of registration fees, less the $250 initial payment (commitment fee). Refund requests made after January 1 will be prorated less the $250 initial payment (commitment fee) and given only for medical reasons (with a doctor's note) or family relocation.
