About This Activity
Work with Wolfpack Elite coaches and swimmers on perfecting the first 15 meters of your race. This includes starts (dive and backstroke), underwater dolphin kick, underwater breaststroke pullouts, and breakouts! We have some of the fastest swimmers EVER to the 15m mark leading this clinic. This event will take place at the GAC between the prelim and finals sessions of the Wolfpack Elite Invite for NC State, Virginia Tech, Univ of Arizona, Army West Point, Auburn, George Washington and BYU. The swim portion of the clinic will run from 2:00-4:00 followed by an athlete/Olympian Q&A session and autographs. Each participant will also receive a limited edition t-shirt! Please arrive by 1:45pm to ensure we are able to start on time at 2:00pm. There may be a $5 parking fee. Following the clinic, make plans to stay and watch finals for the Wolfpack Elite Invite. An opportunity to watch first hand how some of the fastest swimmers in the country get to the 15m mark using all the tips and tricks taught at the clinic! Finals starts at 5:30pm.
