This is a basic class in which swimmers gain confidence in moving independently while on the front and back. Skills introduced at this level include rolling over and treading water.
This is an entry-level class for those who have some experience in the water but still need to learn the basics.

Location
Meet at the red barriers in front of the women's locker room. The instructor will take attendance there and escort the children to the poolside. Classes are held in the shallow end of the 25-yard pool
