About This Activity
Description
This level introduces breaststroke, rotary kick, sculling and survival float. The focus will be increased proficiency and endurance of front crawl, back crawl, butterfly, elementary backstroke, breaststroke and treading water.
Prerequisite: passing School Age Level 3.5. Children must be comfortable in 13 feet of water or greater and be able to swim a minimum of 25 yards without stopping. Children should know crawl stroke, elementary backstroke, butterfly, back crawl, sidestroke and how to perform treading water and standing dives.

Location
Meet at the red barriers in front of the women's locker room. The instructor will take attendance there and escort the children to the poolside. Classes are held in the shallow end of the 25-yard pool
