Overnight Campers: Check in Sunday from 1-2pm at dorm TBA. Check out Thursday 12pm at the courts. Extended Day Campers: Check In Sunday from 1:30pm-2pm and should be picked up at 8pm each day at the courts. Check Out Thursday 12pm at the courts. Lunch is included. Sunday: 1:30pm-8pm Monday: 9am-8pm Tuesday: 9am-8pm Wednesday: 9am-8pm Thursday: 9am-12pm Day Campers: Check In Sunday from 1:30pm-2pm and should be picked up at 4pm each day at the courts. Sunday: 1:30pm-5pm Monday: 9am-4pm Tuesday: 9am-4pm Wednesday: 9am-4pm Thursday: 9am-12pm *****CANCELLATION POLICY***** Any Camper who must cancel their registration more than twenty-one (21) days prior to the Camp start date will receive a voucher equal to the full amount of Camp tuition already paid which may be used toward any program or camp offered by eCamps. If a Camper must cancel their registration twenty-one (21) days or fewer prior to the start of Camp, eCamps will issue Camper or Parent a voucher equal to 50% of the Camp tuition, which may be used toward any program or camp offered by eCamps. Vouchers are valid for any eCamps program within the same or next calendar year and are also transferable to another family member. Camp vouchers are not extended to Campers who leave Camp after the start of a session. The $35 registration fee is non-refundable. If camp is cancelled due to inclement weather, a camp credit voucher will be given for the time missed. We do not give pro-rated cash/credit card refunds. Cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
