About This Activity
Description
Diamond Dynamics is baseball specific sports performance training with a focus on mobility, stabilization, activation, prevention, and explosion. This one day event will allow your athlete to come in and learn first hand what they can be doing on their own this season. You can expect first hand demonstration and explanation of the take home program each athlete will receive at the conclusion of the informative session.
These sessions are for youth ages 6-14.
Landon Stephens and Isaiah Brinck will run these sessions.
Landon Stephens:-5 years of professional baseball experience with Atlanta Braves-4 years of baseball experience at Miami University (OH)-7 years as a professional hitting consultant-Owner/Operator of LSX Hitting-Hamilton High Grad
Isaiah Brinck is our Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Spooky Nook.
