Ready to prepare like a pro?Nook Football Training will be the start of our football specialized training clinics where we partner with elite athletes.
On Saturday, June 27th, Ladarius Henderson & Isaiah Brinck will run this session.
These sessions are for youth ages 6-18. The kids will be sorted into groups based on age so we have a younger group, as well as an older one.
This clinic will give insight on how a pro gets ready for the season. Half of the clinic will focus on demonstrations so the athletes can incorporate the trainings into their routines and the other half will be a workout led by the instructors. This session will run for 90 minutes.
