About This Activity
Description
In this 45 min Coach led class your child will learn correct movement patterns and how to incorporate weights in a fun and safe environment. We will teach proper mechanics, power/plyometrics, strength, endurance, & recovery through games and play. Every kid deserves the chance to be an athlete whether they play on or off the field. With the guidance and encouragement of our personal Trainer, Kristi, she will help your kids know that anything is achievable. It’s important to build confidence at a young age and this class will encourage your kids to do just that. Come join us for fitness & fun!
