Description
John Conner is a College graduate of the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. He was a college football All-American Fullback. He is a former NFL veteran who was a 2010 5th round draft pick to the New York Jets. He also spent time with the Cincinnati Bengals and New York Giants. Following his NFL career, he continued his passion for health and fitness and began interning and learning the business. He spent time learning under some of the most knowledgeable strength coaches and affective programs there are. This includes, working as an intern strength coach with the Cincinnati Bengals and learning under Indiana Basketball Head Strength coach, Clif Marshall. He constantly pursues his vision to reach more people and change lives. He continues to promote fitness and healthy living to his clients.
This football clinic will cover:
1:Quickness/plyometrics/power. 2. Speed mechanics/sprinting/sled sprints -agility mechanics/change of direction drills. 3. Football drills (route running/catching, ball carrying, more agility football specific).4. Competition/conditioning
