Description
This 45-minute class is designed to make athletes faster, sharper, and more explosive in every direction of movement. Each session blends calculated training with engaging drills, sport specific patterns, while instilling a competitive environment. What Athletes Will Learn: • Acceleration: Used to help athletes develop explosive first-step power, optimal sprint mechanics, and efficient force application. • Top End Speed: Focuses on developing maximum velocity sprint mechanics and improving the body’s ability to sustain high speeds efficiently • Agility & Quickness: Mastering direction changes, reaction speed, and footwork in linear, lateral, and multi-directional patterns. • Plyometrics: Jumping, bounding, and explosive drills to build total athletic power. How We Train: We use a 3-step approach to make sure athletes not only move faster, but move better: 1. Isolate & Elevate (Neural): Teach the brain to activate the right muscles for speed and control. 2. Isolate & Elevate (Mechanical): Build proper form and body positioning for safe, efficient movement. 3. Integrate: Put it all together in high-speed, sport-specific drills that transfer directly into game play. Class runs with 3+ participants - gather your teammates and friends! *Registrants will be contacted day of before 12 PM if registrant minimum is not met.*
