Martial Arts Workshop Tues/Thurs - Lime Street Park Community Center, 16292 Lime St.
The class offers practical self defense lessons in Chinese Kickboxing, Lucaylucay, and Kali/JKD. This workshop teaches the fundamentals of Martial Arts which provides a discipline for students to get familiar with their own individual strengths and weaknesses. By better understanding themselves through Martial Arts, students are encouraged to cultivate their potential and overcome limitations. Each individual can honestly express themselves as they face their own obstacles in life and flow confidently towards their own personal growth and achievements. Classes also include warm up aerobic exercises, stretching, and body conditioning.
This activity meets on the following Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
November 4th, 6th, 13th, 18th, and 20th.
NO CLASS ON 11/11, 11/25 and 11/27.
