Introducing our new youth track and field training class, a comprehensive program designed to develop young athletes' skills in various track and field disciplines. Participants will receive expert coaching in sprints, jumps, and more. The class begins with personalized assessments and training plans to address individual strengths and areas for improvement. Athletes will engage in specialized speed and agility training to enhance sprinting technique and explosiveness. Whether aspiring to compete at a higher level or seeking personal growth, this program nurtures young athletes and sets them on a path to success in track and field.
Track and Field is for ages 5-14 years old will be held at 7500 Arrowhead Lake Road, on Saturdays from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. on the following dates:
April 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th.
