About This Activity
Description
Our Leaders in Training (LIT) Camp is designed for students entering 6th–9th grade who are ready to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful impact at Summer Day Camp. This four-week program gives participants the opportunity to build confidence, responsibility, independence, and self-awareness while working alongside younger campers and supportive staff mentors.
LITs will gain hands-on leadership experience by assisting with daily camp activities including games, crafts, pool days, and field trips. Throughout the program, participants will learn how to lead by example, communicate effectively, problem-solve, and take initiative in a team environment.
Families may register for all four weeks for the full leadership experience, or choose one of our two-week sessions.
This is the perfect opportunity for teens who are ready to grow, take ownership, and begin developing real-world leadership skills in a fun, supportive setting.
