Description
Providing step by step instructions through specific drills designed to establish basic skills in swimming and water safety through 1-on-1 instruction in a 30minute class.
Program is for individuals who have a diagnosed disability.
Due to high interest, one [1] make-up lesson is factored into each 8 week session, unless due to a pool closure or force majeure event.
**PROGRAM TAKES PLACE OUTDOORS**
Class openings on Thursdays between 11am-1pm. Contact the Adaptive Sports office, 760.834.9597, to confirm your start date and time, and book your lessons!
Adaptive/Therapeutic programs are designed for individuals with special needs and disabilities. Participant's family members are encouraged to attend programs to provide positive reinforcement and support when needed.
An additional information form must be completed, in addition to the standard waiver, prior to the class start date. The paperwork is located below this section and can be downloaded and completed.
