Rule the pool, strengthen your swimming skills and learn new techniques in our pre-swim team practice. This class offers swimmers age 8-14 (swim level 4 and above) the opportunity to explore what it is like to be on a swim team, learn from our coaches and work with your teammates to be your best!
SKILLS1. Surface dive and retrieve object from the bottom 7-10’2. Tread water, kicking only3.Front crawl for 100 yards4.Elementary backstroke for 100 yards5. Breaststroke for 50 yards6. Back crawl for 50 yards7. Butterfly for 50 yards8. Sidestroke for 50 yards9. Demonstrating open turns and front and back flip turns when swimming
