Description
Join Mary McCall, PhD, Gerontologist, Life Coach, and Death Doula, as she shares her personal journey of caregiving for both her parents as they aged and died, as well as her professional experiences in supporting others in their journeys of caregiving and end-of-life care. She weaves her personal and professional experiences together to share the lessons she has learned to be able to thrive during and learn from caregiving, rather than just surviving from one moment to the next! You will come away with some concrete tools and tips to reframe your caregiving experience as an adult child of aging parents/family members/friends.
