About This Activity
Description
This course is only for those individuals who have applied with the City of Janesville and who have been given a job offer as a Lifeguard.
Location: TBD
Lifeguard candidates will learn valuable skills that can literally save a life. Some skills taught include injury prevention, patron surveillance, water rescues, victim assessment, first aid, CPR and AED.
This class will be conducted as blended-learning. Participants should plan time for computer-based learning as well as ALL of the in-person dates listed below. A course manual and CPR mask will be provided.
