About This Activity
This camp is NOT cookie eligible and housed in pitch tents. After completing CIT 1 or CIT 2 we invite you to come back to camp and practice your new skills in this CIT Internship. You'll be paired up with a unit of younger campers at either Camp CWOacka or Camp Whispering Oaks and help create camp magic for them. Working with camp staff to plan and lead activities for campers, you will spend time with other CITs and teen leadership staff to refine your skills and make your own camp memories enjoying classic camp activities. This five-day camp will be hosted in pitch tents (with at least one night spent in unit with the group you are helping). Prerequisite: Successful completion of CIT 1 or CIT 2. If you have completed CIT 1, you will be paired with a Brownie or Junior unit. If you have completed CIT 2, you will be paired with a Brownie, Junior, or Cadette unit. CIT Interns will primarily sleep at Camp Whispering Oaks but may work with campers at either Whispering Oaks or Winacka. Limit two weeks. This camp is cookie eligible
