CIT 2 campers continue developing their leadership skills by shadowing staff, facilitating camp activities, and guiding younger campers through curiosity-based programs. This is your chance to mentor with confidence and take your leadership to the next level! This Camp is NOT Cookie Eligible. Campers will sleep in Enclosed Cabins. As a CIT II camper, you will continue developing your leadership skills by shadowing staff, facilitating camp activities, and guiding younger campers through curiosity-based programs. This is your chance to mentor with confidence and take your leadership to the next level! Campers will sleep in enclosed cabins All campers who want to participate as CITs must be entering grades 9-12 and complete an introductory interview with GSSD staff after registration. For Sleepaway Camp, Counselors-in-Training who have completed all of the prerequisites may register for a “CIT I” or “CIT II” session based on your level. Note: Completion of a CIT I program is a required prerequisite to register as a CIT II.
