About This Activity
Bring your whole family to summer camp in the mountains. Enjoy classic camp activities and try new twists on old favorites. Each day will have a different theme, and we encourage your family to dress up for the theme. Your family will select from a variety of different staff-led activities like special activities based on the theme each day, target sports (slingshots, archery, hatchet throwing), water fun, campfire cooking, songs, games, crafts, nature hikes, horseback riding, and more! Need quiet relaxation and individual family time? You can do that too. Your Camp Registration includes six meals, snacks, and all activity supplies. Note: Target sports, horseback riding, canoeing, and high ropes course activities are age restricted. Examples of Staff-Led Program Activities: crafts, target sports, swimming, canoeing, fishing, geocaching, high ropes course, low ropes course, horse fun (not riding), horseback riding. Campfire, skits, s’mores, all-camp, and stargazing. Examples of Family Time: take a hike on any of the many camp trails, enjoy the nature center, do arts and crafts, take a nap or read, let your experienced Girl Scout camper share their favorite place at camp, or spend part of your day in nearby Julian. Transportation – Families will drive themselves to camp. Please carpool as much as possible.
