Stage 3 focuses on developing stamina and improved breath control. Swimmers are challenged with longer independent swims on front and back (10-15yards) and longer treading time. Benchmark skills for this level include jump-swim-grab and swim-float-swim (15-25 yards). Swimmers must be able to complete all skills independently and without flotation before advancing.
Prerequisite Skill: Stage 3 or swim evaluation.
All program withdraw or transfer requests must be received in writing before the 20th of the month prior to the program start date. After the 20th of the month, all credit and transfer requests are at the discretion of the program director.
No class will be held on Independence Day Saturday, July 4.
No class will be held the week of Monday August 31 through Sunday September 6 for our Enhancement Week.
