About This Activity
Description
Stage 6 focuses on endurance for all strokes and introduces standing dives and flip/open turns. Swimmers will build endurance of 150 yards.
Prerequisite Skill: Stage 6 or swim evaluation.
All program withdraw or transfer requests must be received in writing before the 20th of the month prior to the program start date. After the 20th of the month, all credit and transfer requests are at the discretion of the program director.
No class will be held the week of Monday August 31 through Sunday September 6 for our Enhancement Week.
