About This Activity
Description
This program focuses on yoga and breathing practices that help children with coping methods, tools for anxiety, self-care strategies as well as self-esteem community building. The class will start with setting an intention based on the theme of the book for the day and will be followed with a beginner yoga sequence. Your child can bring their own yoga mat or one will be provided.
