About This Activity
Develop the skills for Spring Board Diving. This class covers safety, etiquette, diving rules, approaches, and diving positions. The goal is to build skills and confidence while having fun. Must be able to swim the width of the pool and go to the bottom of the deep end of the pool. Monday/Wednesday: Dryland and Trampoline Tuesday/Thursday: Pool and Diving Board
