This Water Polo Strong Strength & Conditioning Clinic teaches players how to move efficiently, activate the right muscles, and prime the body for peak performance in the pool or gym. Led by Coach Brian Xicotencatl, this 90-minute hands-on session blends movement science with practical drills every athlete can use before practices, games, and lifts.
