Students refine freestyle and learn stroke techniques for backstroke, butterfly, breaststroke, and develop endurance. This course is for students of all ages who achieved the Green Swim school benchmarks. Students must pass the green swim benchmark before enrolling which requires all students to swim 30 feet of freestyle with side breathing. If the child does not possess the necessary prerequisite skills for Starfish Stroke School on the first meeting, they may be dropped from the class. benchmarks.

Classes are held at the La Mesa Municipal Pool - 5100 Memorial Drive - this facility is an Approved Training Center of the Starfish Aquatics Institute, Inc.
Refund, cancellation and transfer policy applies.
Child must be able to meet green benchmark prior to class start. If prerequisite skills are not met, swimmer will not be able to continue with the class.
