Description
GOLD (must be able to swim 100 meters freestyle with bilateral breathing and 100 individual medley (IM)Participants learn and refine the competitive strokes and develop an understanding of basic training principles such as a pace clock, starts and turns, and racing. This program is a great introduction to competitive swimming in a recreational environment.
