About This Activity
Description
SILVER (must be able to swim 50 meters freestyle with bilateral breathing and be familiar with all competitive strokes)Participants learn and refine the competitive strokes and develop an understanding of basic training principles such as a pace clock, starts and turns, and racing. This program is a great introduction to competitive swimming in a recreational environment.
