About This Activity
Level 3 | Stroke Development: Freestyle & Backstroke Goggles required. Swim Cap recommended. Introduction to Freestyle & Backstroke (5-12yards) After students can complete an independent rotation, they will work towards swimming half a lap of freestyle and backstroke independently and continuously, side breathing or turning on back to breathe while building endurance. Registration opens to nonmembers 2 weeks prior to first class
