Level 5 | Stroke Development: Breaststroke Introduction to Breaststroke (5-12 yards) Students will focus learning Breaststroke technique, with proper underwater and open turn for this stroke. Registration requirement: demonstrate a continuous lap of freestyle and backstroke. Registration opens to nonmembers 2 weeks prior to first class
