Level 2 | Kicking & Independent Rotation First assisted then unassisted: front and back glide (4+ seconds), streamlining off wall to swim instructor on front and back with kick (4+seconds), Freestyle with roll: 4 freestyle strokes then rolling onto back to kick. Registration opens to nonmembers 2 weeks prior to first class Session discounted as there are 7 classes - no class on July 4th
