Level 2 | Kicking & Independent Rotation First assisted then unassisted: front and back glide (4+ seconds), streamlining off wall to swim instructor on front and back with kick (4+seconds), Freestyle with roll: 4 freestyle strokes then rolling onto back to kick. Class opens to nonmembers two weeks prior to the first class
