About This Activity
Level 3 | Stroke Development: Freestyle & Backstroke Goggles required. Swim Cap recommended. Introduction to Freestyle & Backstroke (5-12yards) After students can complete an independent rotation, they will work towards swimming half a lap of freestyle and backstroke independently and continuously, side breathing or turning on back to breathe while building endurance. No class on July 4th Class opens to nonmembers two weeks prior to the first class
