WILLIAM STREET SCHOOL POOL
This lesson will be in the deep end of the pool. Swimmer must perform freestyle with correct arm rotation and flutter kick, tread water for two minutes, push off the wall to a streamline and start freestyle stroke.
***The first session on 12/3 will be held at Lancaster HS.***
