Level 2 - Sea Otters
Class limit: 5 Prerequisite: Successful completion of Lvl 1 Skills
No Goggles Allowed
This progressive class is designed for swimmers comfortable being in the water. We will work on switching between front and back floats, as well as introducing 2-3 swimming strokes. The streamlining will be practiced and implemented with swimming. The use of positive reinforcement is critical to help the child build trust and confidence while still having fun in the pool.

Parents are encouraged to watch from the balcony. Classes Saturdays, Sept. 26 - Nov. 21, 10-10:40a. There will be no lessons Sat., Nov. 14, due to a youth swim meet. Lincoln City Parks & Recreation, Community Center, and Pool are not responsible for providing make-up classes or issuing refunds for programs missed as a result of illness, travel, emergencies or other events beyond the control of Lincoln City Parks & Recreation. All classes are subject to minimum enrollment. The Lincoln City Parks & Recreation reserves the right to cancel classes by refunding all fees where the minimum enrollment is not met. Lincoln City Parks & Recreation reserves the right to close facilities for maintenance, change pools for best utilization, modify fees or substitute teachers when necessary.
