About This Activity
Description
Students will learn fluidity in body movement and rhythm as well as groundwork choregraphy and introduction to power moves. Students will also learn to pop n lock and the art of breakdance as well as a variety of routines. This class also offers a foundation of stage presence, confidence building, and strength training while incorporating footwork, proper stretching/flexibility exercises, and more. Includes an introduction to tumbling.
